We want to surprise you by giving you the opportunity to taste the products as they were originally, without modification.

Nicola Travaglini

Nicola Travaglini was born into a family of farmers in the Abruzzo region of Italy. Still very young, he developed a passion not only for cooking and good food but also for high quality food.  This passion led him to pursue a university degree in agronomy in Bologna. Very early on, he realized that quality food can only be obtained on one condition: treating nature with respect.

Over the years, he has shared his knowledge with enthusiasm and conviction. Relatives and friends are seduced by the quality and taste of the products he introduces them to, where product quality is at the centre of the gastronomic experience.  The "STRAGUSTO" is taste at its peak, he defines it in a romantic way.

In order to make the products he discovers more widely available, he decides to set up a company to import unique products that he brings from all over the world. He will soon be able to tell you the beautiful story behind each product he imports. You too will soon realize that the products he introduces you to are the culmination of a lifetime of research and passion.
